You can listen to it at www.nbrock.net/mp3/00000.mp3. Tonight was a Blackout show, it was fun. We played well. All the bands in the middle of the show were really bad, but I had fun anyway. I hung out with Sarah and Matt Couto. Tomorrow there's a show with SIRENS and ET TU BRUTE. Trevor showed me the Sirens demo, it's wicked good. dead by dawn.

I wish I hadn't missed two shows. Missing one was OK, but not two. My house is being taken apart. There are a few walls missing, a new wall, and dust everywhere. Florida was warm and sunny. At first I hoped to have a valentine, but three days ago i decided not to worry about it. Also yesterday, my cat was put to sleep. Tomorrow is my last day here before I go on vacation. I've been waiting for this for a while. It's gonna be nice. Everyone needs a break. If we get lucky we'll be dead by dawn.

Long weekend [14 Nov 2004|04:23pm] [ music | ..And They Were Slain By The Mighty Fist of Captain Hruan ] Friday was the risk party. It was a good risk party, and included a Your Husband Understands Fashion show. There's a picture from it on myspace and theres about 20 more that I don't feel like uploading. My sister's friend Grace from Georgia is here this weekend, and she probably thinks I'm insane now. I've had the super nintendo out since tuesday. It's very nostalgic, and very fun. Saturday was the last day of Cross Country. I'm exactly halfway done with my high school cross country career. A meet in the snow was interesting. Very very cold. I lost my cell phone. It was still a fun meet. This weather is not November weather. More like January. Where the hell did this Fall go? I enjoyed the long weekend....and I do not want to go back tomorrow. dead by dawn.

There hasn't been much to write about. The only notable events have been the sea lab party, the risk party, I started a new band with the DiSalvos, and the show this friday. Last Fall sounded extremely good, I butchered "We Fucked Your Daughter", and I actually enjoyed some ska and was taught how to skank. It was no American Freeway, nor Casual Lean, nor Sex Positions. The past two weeks have been pretty useless. School is disgustingly boring. So is life. I like to drum, and I'm getting beter (I think). Today I went to Providence with Nate, Raja, and Liz and I got the Lightning Bolt and Xiu Xiu cds cause the store didnt have The Go! Team or Death From Above 1979. I also had a meet this morning, and did terrible. If we get lucky we'll be dead by dawn.

Conference meet [26 Oct 2004|06:35pm] I got 25th place out of about 100 people. 4th place on my team. I was only about 10 seconds behind Anton. We got 4th out of 8 teams in the conference dead by dawn.

[23 Oct 2004|11:44pm] [ music | Comets on Fire ] The show was really really fun, although I'm not sure it was better than the last one. Tchaikovsky was cool as usual. I got a Hospital Bombers shirt, I really liked Read Sidewalk, Paranoia, and one of their new songs. Last Fall hasn't played in so long. They've gotten better. Heart-Shaped Scars was awesome. During their set Mat Desimas had a seizure and paramedics came. It was really scary at first, because I didn't know what to do about it, and no one else did either. He seemed to be all right after he left, and the show went on. Nick Bishop was not good. The Casual Lean didn't play as many old songs as they should have, but one of the new ones was awesome. Sex Positions was fun. I danced for most of the last two sets, I love it. There need to be shows more often. I guess I'll talk about my week more. The last season meet was thursday, I didn't do very well, I don't even know what my time was. The weather was crappy all week, and all week wasn't very good either. Not horrible, but not good. dead by dawn.

[17 Oct 2004|01:40am] Tonight was bad. I was talking to Tabs' friend Rach, and she didn't exactly have good news for me to hear. I tried to sleep, but I couldn't. I came back here because I absolutely had to talk to Tabs, but my sister was on the computer, I told her it was important, and when she finally got off the computer, Tabs was gone. My sister is a selfish bitch. Now I have to wait another 9 and half hours before I can talk to her. I don't really like this situation, but right now I feel better than before. I really hope things don't turn out badly. dead by dawn.
